  • Cancellation by DKS: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, technical reasons, or non-compliance with these Terms. In such cases, any advance payments made for unrendered services may be refunded at our discretion.
  • Non-Refundable Services: Certain services, such as domain registrations, third-party software licenses, or partially/fully delivered digital solutions, are strictly non-refundable.

Force Majeure

  • DKS shall not be held liable for any delay, interruption, or failure to provide services caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
  • Natural disasters like floods, earthquakes etc.
  • Government actions or legal restrictions
  • War, terrorism, riots, or civil disturbances
  • Internet or telecommunication outages
  • Strikes, lockouts, or labor disputes
  • During such events, DKS may suspend services without liability and resume once conditions allow.

Third-Party Links & Integrations

  • Our website and services may contain links or integrations with third-party platforms, tools, or services (e.g., payment gateways, plugins, APIs).
  • These third-party services are not under DKS’s control, and we are not responsible for their availability, reliability, or compliance.
